MOSTAVIO is proud to announce that Sarthak Bhatnagar, our exceptional Transportation Designer, has been recognized with an Honorable Mention in Tocco’s 'CMF MatterMinds - Top 19 CMF Designers in Automotive & Mobility' list.

MOSTAVIO has successfully completed over 1,000 subscale flight tests, a major milestone in the validation of its flight control system and autonomous capabilities. These tests provide critical data for sensor fusion, stability control, and flight controller integration, allowing the engineering team to refine system parameters and optimize performance for full-scale eVTOL applications.

MOSTAVIO is vertically integrating its battery testing and pack development capabilities to enhance the performance and safety of its eVTOL propulsion systems. The team has developed a specialized battery testing jig for individual cell evaluation, alongside an in-house battery management system (BMS), custom pack assembly, and thermal management solutions.

MOSTAVIO has successfully developed a its thrust stand for very large motors and propellers, capable of evaluating brushless motor performance in coaxial configurations with over 1500 N of thrust. Equipped with an advanced data acquisition system, this test rig enables precise reading for thrust via load cell, along with measurements of RPM, voltage, and current, to optimize propulsion efficiency.

MOSTAVIO has officially launched its new research and development facility in North York, Ontario. Equipped with advanced manufacturing and prototyping tools, the facility will serve as a hub for building aircraft prototype, its sub-modules, conducting drone flight tests, and accelerating eVTOL development.
